SO JUST AN IMPORTANT WORD OF CAUTION: If you are selling your house, or plan to sell in the near future, remember that natural light and "good" electrical light are your best selling aids. A dark room looks smaller than it really is and uninviting. What do I mean by "good"? Generally, I say to my seller-clients, "Replace all the bulbs in your house with the highest output (wattage) bulb that is SAFE" and "note the lumens & color of the light bulb output". When you are living in your house, you want ambiance and efficiency, but when you are selling, you want to replicate outdoor light as much as possible.
